The Mobile Market provides fresh fruits, vegetables, and other foods to MC students, faculty/staff, and thNo proof of eligibility is required. Food is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Mobile Market is a partnership between Montgomery College and the Capital Area Food Bank. If you're interested in volunteering with the Mobile Market, please fill out the volunteer form

Thursday mobile pantry by manna food call in advance at : (301) 424-1130 )We will set up in the upper parking lot just before the Salvation Army and behind the Regal movie theater.

The Lord's Table (Gaithersburg Community Soup Kitchen) is currently serving bag lunches (sandwiches and snacks) every weekday for the summer. For May and September we will be handing out bagged lunches from 1:30 to 2:30 at Epworth United Methodist Church. For June, July, and August we are handing out the bag lunches at Grace United Methodist Church from 1:30 to 2:30. Both churches are on 355 in Gaithersburg. We will resume hot meal service (full meal with soup, entree and dessert) on October 7th.every weekday from 3:30 to 4:30 at Epworth United Methodist Church. Hot meal service will continue at Epworth until the end of April 2025 when we will switch again to bagged lunches for the summer.

If you need food: You will speak with one of our referral representatives, who will ask you some simple questions:

1. whether you are a Montgomery County resident

• IDENTIFICATION - One of the following for all members applying. License, Passport, Birth Certificate(ONLY FOR KIDS APPLYING).

• INCOME - One of the following for adults applying. Paystubs (1 month), Letter from employer should include: Name, Phone number, Salary, how many hours.

• ADDRESS - One of the following. Apartment lease, Letter from landlord, should include: Landlord's name, phone number, how long tenant has been living there, rent amount.

• BILLS - Copies off: Water, electricity, gas, etc.

• SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER - For all members who have one and are applying.

• MIGRATION STATUS - Either Work permitted letter OR Residence card.

• Community members who are interested in receiving food should call 301-793-3321 and leave a voicemail including name, phone number, address, and number of people in the household. A church staff will call back to schedule an appointment.
• Visitors will check in at the reception area and will have the opportunity to make their next appointment.
• Proxies picking up for someone else should have a photo of the id of the individual whom they are picking up for and know his/her phone number.
