I've been calling, emailing, and using the Instagram (as stated) to get in contact (with someone from this agency), and I have not heard back from anyone. I've explained that I am disabled and that I have two children, one of whom has special needs.
I left my number and email, and still no one (has contacted me). I even rode my wheelchair all the way down there in the rain one day because it said it was open. (If not, there's a door on the side.) (But) nothing (happened) or no one (was there), and that's really bad.
