The Transformation Center

You can receive food by visiting The Transformation Center, December 11th at 10:00 AM in 3 weeks. Make sure to check each resource to see details like address, full schedule, and any notes–The Transformation Center doesn’t have any requirements, so just arrive during operating hours!

Delivery services are very limited and are usually reserved for senior citizens or those with serious medical problems. If you believe you fall into either category, let us know and we can help you find options in your area.

Because our work is mostly virtual, the Lemontree team works remotely, and we don’t have an office for in-person visits. The Transformation Center is located at 3701 4th Street!
