To have access to any of their pop-ups, you don't need a referral, ID or financial documents, but pre-registration is required to ensure there is enough food. You can find their upcoming pop-ups and register here: https://nourishup.org/foodshare/ How To Get A Referral: To get a referral please have the following information ready for each person in the household: ▪ First and Last Name ▪ Date of Birth ▪ Phone Number (if available) ▪ Current Address ▪ Gender ▪ Ethnicity ▪ Veteran Status ▪ Receiving Food Stamps/SNAP** ▪ Household Income** ▪ Disability (Y or N) ▪ Email Address (if available) ▪ Date of Pick Up ▪ Preferred Pantry Location and secondary location in case the primary location is at capacity. -No disribution on the 4th of July
