Caller has never been to a pantry before. She made an appointment for 1:30AM instead of 1:30PM. When she told the pantry, someone told her that her appointment was for 1:30AM. She asked if she could get food anyway because it was a mistake and her first time. The representative said no, but that she could come back at 1:30AM.
She didn’t go back and doesn’t want to go back.

One thing we missed to inform, was that this caller was not aware to bring a cart or carry away bags. It was a lot of food, for someone with back problems it was an issue. Overall will go back now that she's aware of all the details.

Some people came with 1 plastic bag and cannot take all heavy veggies ( apples, carrots and potatoes) Please inform people to take a bag all wheels. To carry all

The place on 1372 Coney Island Ave omg they not friendly and very rude.
I went there I opened the door and the lady was on the phone and she looked at me and she how can I help you and before I answer she said we are not serving food only by appointment good bye the tone and the way of her voice made me feel like I am very low person
I can't talk because I had a cancer was removed from my sinus and because of that I lost all my upper teeth and I have a hole in my mouth
And I think the lady didn't like me because I didn't look like her
